The P1 employs 2 double triodes per channel. In fact you are looking at the extravagant phonostage from our P2 model. We are using selected ECC83 (12AX7) and ECC81 (12AT7) valve in a 2-stage circuit with a passive RIAA correction network. All parts in this network are selected for less than 1% tolerance. Moving Magnet and also loud Moving Coil cartridges can be connexted. Parallel with the input sockets you will find a pair of extra sockets to fine-tune the input impedance (< 47 Kohms) and input capacity (> 100 pF).
The overall gain is around 45 dB. The circuit uses no overall feedback for breathtaking dynamics and pur „being there“ feeling.

The separate powersupply uses a rectifier valve for best sound. All wires are PTFE isolated- silver coated copper for all voltages, pure silver for all signals.
